600 MHz NMR System

A Bruker NEO 600 MHz NMR System

A Bruker Avance NEO 600 MHz NMR System with a HCND Crypprobe is located in NMR Facility, room 20 of Science and Engineering 2. This instrument usually supports multi-dimensional protein-structure experiments for several protein groups on campus. When needed, it is also available for other experiments.

The 600 MHz instrument is maintained by the NMR Facility and the group of Professor Andy Liwang. The Liwang group shares responsibility for training and checkout of new users.  Those interested in using the 600 for proteins or other work should see Dave Rice to possibly arrange contact with the Liwang group for Biomolecular traning.
