400 MHz NMR System

An Agilent MR-DD2 400 MHz NMR System

An Agilent two-channel MR-DD2 400 MHz NMR System, equipped with an Agilent 5mm OneNMR probe with automatic tuning and a 12-sample robot is located in room 20 of Science and Engineering 2. The OneNMR probe allows one to obtain high-sensitivity 1D and 2D 1H and 13C solution data as well as multinuclear spectra in the range 15N to 31P. This instrument supports organic chemists and others with walk-up access and it can also be reserved for longer-duration experiments. Automated operation, the “Walkup Queue”, can support advanced 1D and 2D experiments with minimal user training. Users are encouraged to explore the full range of experiments.

The MR-DD2 400 is maintained directly by the NMR Facility. The Calendar link describes reservation policies and training.
