An Agilent Propulse 500 MHz NMR System
An Agilent two-channel Propulse 500 MHz NMR System, equipped with an Agilent 5mm OneNMR probe with automatic tuning and a 96-sample robot, is located in room 20 of Science and Engineering 2.The OneNMR probe allows one to obtain high-sensitivity 1D and 2D 1H and 13C solution data as well as multinuclear spectra in the range 15N to 31P. This instrument supports organic chemists and others with walk-up access and it can also be reserved for longer-duration experiments. Automated operation, the “Walkup Queue”, can support advanced 1D and 2D experiments with minimal user training. Users are encouraged to explore the full range of experiments.
The Propulse 500 is maintained directly by the NMR Facility. The Calendar link describes reservation policies and training.
